Hi, I'm David.

Let's work together to build sustainable habits, lose weight with confidence, and gain control of your health.

If you're tired of conflicting nutrition advice, diets that never stick, or feeling like you're always starting over, you're not alone. I'm a certified nutrition coach and personal trainer with a background in Exercise Science, and my goal is to  help you build healthier habits through realistic, science-backed coaching. I started Own the Grind to support every-day people in the often difficult task of reclaiming their health. Whether your goal is to lose weight, perform better in the gym, or simply feel more confident in your body, I’ll help you create a plan that fits your lifestyle.
